When the restoration of the Hamam (Bath), which has been underground for many years and was built by Gevher Nesibe Sultan in 1205, began, I wanted to operate it as a restaurant. However, there was concern about what kind of place it would be. Metraj Group was recommended to me by a dear friend. When Neslihan Hanım's drawings and 3D designs were completed, I visualized what the place would look like. I wanted it to be a unique place in Kayseri that had not been used before. In line with Neslihan Hanım's recommendations and designs, the colors and textures she selected added a completely different atmosphere to my historic venue. Today, when people think of a different place in Kayseri, Sabiha Sultan comes to mind. We thank Metraj Group and Neslihan Hanım. "
We met with Metraj Group Neslihan Hanım and Fatih Bey for the renovation of our Detached Villa located in Şile. First of all, they prepared a presentation by doing a 3D project study, we clearly determined our requests on this project and detailed them. It had to be completed within the limited time allowed for renovation on our site and before the season started. Our change requests that arose during the implementation process were quickly adapted to the project and delivered quickly and meticulously by their professional team. Neslihan Hanım's attention to detail and Fatih Bey's technical knowledge resulted in a wonderful work. We thank them very much.
METRAJ GRUP When our paths crossed with Neslihan Hanım and Fatih Bey, our agency that we planned to open consisted of 2 independent floors located on the 27th and 28th floors of the Plaza. They did a wonderful job by removing the walls and adding glass partitions and spinal stairs to our apartments, which are 300 m2 in total, connecting the two floors and designing this application in accordance with the agency dynamics and then working with the same dedication during the production process.
